The Fit Girl Factory method is a unique, fun, effective way to workout. The method focusses on health rather than size or weight and develops strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and stamina - all the things you need to lead a fabulous life.

It’s all about workouts that burn fat, tone muscles, boost your metabolism. Decreasing exercise time and increase intensity is the new treadmill.
Fit Girl Factory workouts combine a strength workout with a cardiovascular workout - this is a highly effective way to train the body in order to build muscle, burn fat, improve your overall strength and change your body shape.
Here is how it works.........
Each video is 1 "round." 30 seconds of a strength exercise followed immediately (no break) by 30 seconds of a cardiovascular exercise. Repeat this round 2 more times and this becomes a set!
Put together 6 sets to create a full workout.
You can choose from the 100's of Fit Girl Factory workouts and create your own personalised workout - a totally different workout every day!
