My Weighted Upper Cuts will target your core and arms. I use a dumbbells here for added intensity - if you don't have dumbbells just grab something heavy! Or do it without - still effective and no excuses! For an extra challenge go heavier.
My Jump and Knee Raise target balance and coordination whilst boosting heart rate. Pick up the pace and or add weight for an extra challenge. A high knee will engage the abs too.
Put together 6 sets to create a full workout.
