MyOblique Crunches will target your core. I use a kettlebell here for added intensity - if you don't have kettlebell just grab something heavy! Or do it without - still effective and no excuses! For an extra challenge go heavier.
My Hi Lo Punch Jumps target balance and explosive power whilst boosting heart rate and working the legs. Pick up the pace, or add weight for an extra challenge.
Put together 6 sets to create a full workout.
