Here is one round Lunge, Pass Through, Curl and Speed Skater with Dumbbell! Repeat this 3 times to make a set!
My Lunge, Pass Through, Curl will target your core, thighs and arms. I use a dumbbell here for added intensity - if you don't have a dumbbell just grab something heavy! Or do it without - still effective and no excuses! For an extra challenge use heavier dumbbells.
My Speed Skater with Dumbbell targets glutes, balance and coordination whilst boosting the heart rate. Pick up the pace or add more weight for an extra challenge.
Put together 6 sets to create a full workout.
