My Seated Weighted Press will target your abs and arms. I use a dumbbell here for added intensity - if you don't have a dumbbell just grab something heavy! Or do it without - still effective and no excuses! For an extra challenge pick up the pace. To adapt do one arm at a time.
My Squat Jump, Lunge Jump targets balance and coordination whilst boosting heart rate. Keep focused and keep going. Pick up the pace or add weight for an extra challenge.
