My Power Presses will target your core and shoulders. I use a bar here for added intensity - if you don't have one just grab something heavy! Or do it without - still effective and no excuses! Really pick up the pace and use the legs for an extra challenge.
My Toe Taps targets balance and coordination whilst boosting heart rate and they really work the abs too. Pick up the pace or add weight for an extra challenge. Use a stair, chair or even pillow on the floor if you don't have a bench.
Put together 6 sets to create a full workout.
