My Bench Step Ons will target your core, arms and legs. I use dumbbells here for added intensity - if you don't have a dumbbell just grab something heavy! Or do it without - still effective and no excuses! For an extra challenge go heavier!
My Side to Sides boost the heart rate and target fat burning. Pick up the pace or add weight for an extra challenge. Just keep going for 30 seconds.
